Meditation in December

These classes are a way to more passively enjoy meditation, with no tuition. A class typically combines a short lead into "active" meditation followed by a longer guided full body muscle relaxation & guided visualisation. A guided class is an opportunity to top up, or carry your own meditation practice if you have taken a course. Or enjoy these stand alone sessions to get used to relaxing, undo the unhelpful effects of stress built up on the body & mind & leave it behind you on the mat.
