Avocado Face Mask

Not only are avocados a healthy substitute for butter and margarine, or a delicious addition to salads due to their creamy texture. They contain a number of properties including omega 3, Vitamin E and Selenium that may encourage healthy glowing skin. Consuming avocados may also help to alleviate dry skin from the inside out and make a nourishing face mask. So instead of throwing out that ripe avocado, mix it with a small amount of honey. Apply to your face and let it dry for around 30 minutes. The mask may reduce tired and dry skin from being in airconditioning over the hot summer months, reduce sun damage or scarring.
