Meal prep. It can seem overwhelming and daunting at times, dedicating your Sunday for meal prep for the week ahead. But it doesn't have to be like that! It can simply be doing one or two things that will make healthy choices for the week that little bit easier.
We usually have smoothies for breakfast or when we are in between clients, so having the ingredients washed, chopped and ready to go in these little snap lock bags (or containers are good too) make things easier and more efficient when we are time poor.
Take one of these bags out of the fridge or freezer, add to the blender with ice, liquid of your choice and a few extras if needed (eg chia seeds, Innate immune booster and/or Innate breakfast booster etc) and you’re good to go!
